What Payment Method(s) Do We Accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, etc.). We also accept PayPal , Shopify and Amazon Pay so you can use the payment methods saved in your Amazon or PayPal accounts to checkout.
How Do I Find My Ring Size?
We make it very simple for you to choose your size. Our ring sizes are 15, 12 and 9. We have a ring insert that comes with every ring that will make the ring adjust down to 2 sizes smaller. So the 15 ring will fit a size 15,14 and 13 middle finger. The 12 ring will fit a 12,11 and 10 middle finger and the 9 ring will fit a 9,8 and 7 middle finger.
What Are The Rings Made Of?
All of our decapitator™ rings are made of the highest quality stainless steel metal, which are extremely durable and stain resistant to last a lifetime.
Do The Rings Stain? How Do I Take Care Of My Rings?
No they do not stain. Just rinse under water and dry off.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We have two shipping options: Economy and Expedited. Economy Shipments will be shipped through USPS and Expedited shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
During the busy holiday season, orders with our Standard Delivery option within the United States typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take up to 6 weeks.
How Can I Track My Orders & Payment?
The status of your checkout history can be found under Order details or the receipt that was sent to your email address. For your order, You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email once your order ships under Order details/ Fulfillment.
I Am Looking For A Specific Ring But Cannot Find It On The Site
We may have the ring you're looking for, but haven't gotten on the site yet. If you can't find what you're looking for, you should Contact Us to see if we have it. If what you're looking for doesn't exist, you may be able to create it.
Can I Design My Own Ring (Can I Get My Name On A Ring)?
Yes you can. We have a Custom Ring Design service tailored to your every need. Send us your ideas and drawings and we'll bring them to life. We use state of the art 3D rendering software to design a ring based on your ideas/drawings. After you approve the designs, we create a ring mold that is used to produce the ring of your dreams. Using this mold, we can mass produce more rings. The prices varies (depending on the number of rings ordered). Do We Have To Pay A Deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to start production on custom orders. Remaining Balance is due when the ring(s) are complete.
